Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice 2 cups of strawberries and put them in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the strawberries and toss gently. Let sit for 8-10 minutes.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, fold 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping with 1 cup of mini marshmallows until combined.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into the whipped topping and marshmallows, gently fold until the strawberries are coated.

Add Final Touches

  • Just before serving, fold in 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers and optional 1/4 cup of chopped nuts.
  • Serve immediately in bowls.

Notes

For best texture, add graham crackers just before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge but expect softer crackers over time.
